Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field are preferred.
Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or student services, ideally in higher education or training institutions, is beneficial.
Ability to work with CRM or admissions management systems, analyze basic data, and prepare concise reports is an advantage.
