Board360 is a professional education and global learning platform offering international certification programs such as US CPA, US CMA, CFA, ACCA, CIMA/CGMA, EA, and US Taxation.

We are looking for a result-oriented Admissions Counsellor with 3–4 years of experience in education sales and student counselling to guide prospective students and working professionals and convert enquiries into enrolments.

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
• Counsel students on courses, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
• Maintain lead records, follow-ups, and enrolment data in the CRM.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.

• Graduate in any discipline; Commerce background preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in admissions counselling or education sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Experience in lead management, follow-ups, and target achievement.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with professional certification or career-oriented courses is an advantage.
