Admissionshala is an online platform providing personalized guidance for admissions and placements. It keeps users up-to-date with the latest developments in scholarship opportunities, student development programs, and institution offerings. With certified admission counselors, Admissionshala ensures accurate and tailored college comparisons to help students make informed decisions. The platform prioritizes a human-centric approach to digital counseling.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune Division. The Senior Admissions Counselor will guide students and their families throughout the admission process, providing personalized advice and support. Key tasks include assisting with program decisions, offering detailed institutional comparisons, engaging with prospective students, and building long-term relationships with clients. The role also involves promoting Admissionshala's services and ensuring a seamless experience for students.

• Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Customer Service and relationship management skills
• Experience in Sales and the ability to close opportunities effectively
• Background in Education counseling or familiarity with the admissions process
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Education, Counseling, or related areas
• Prior experience in an admissions counseling role is an advantage
