Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Admissions Counsellor. The role involves guiding prospective students through the application and admission processes, providing personalized support, and addressing queries. The Senior Admissions Counsellor will collaborate with the admissions team to identify and recruit qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and facilitate smooth communication between prospective students and the institution. Additionally, the role involves participating in outreach activities, managing inquiries, and maintaining admissions records.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills to effectively connect with diverse individuals and groups
• Sales experience to build relationships and drive enrollment processes
• Familiarity with the education sector and ability to guide candidates through educational opportunities
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in CRM tools/software and MS Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; prior experience in admissions is a plus
