Role Description

The Senior Admission Counsellor will play a pivotal role in assisting prospective students through their educational journey. Responsibilities include engaging with potential learners via calls, emails, and in-person consultations, guiding them to select the right educational programs, and achieving admission targets. The role requires maintaining detailed records of student interactions, providing program-related information, and fostering lasting relationships with candidates. This is an on-site, full-time role located in Pune, and involves collaborating closely with various teams to ensure smooth admission processes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic knowledge of MS Office
• Sales, counseling, and client management experience
• Problem-solving, time management, and multitasking capabilities
• Passion for education and helping candidates achieve their goals
• Ability to analyze and provide tailored solutions to address individual needs
• Prior experience in admissions, sales, or education counseling is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; a Master's degree is an advantage
