Role Overview

The Senior Admission Counsellor/Team Lead is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs.
• Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.
• Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers.

Eligibility

• 3+ years EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred).
• Min 1 year of Team Lead experience.
• Minimum 1 year stability in previous organization.
• Graduation mandatory.
• Proven target achievement record.
• Comfortable working 6 days/week.
• Strong communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.
