Senior Counsellor - Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement: Engage with prospective students through various channels including phone calls, whats app, and in-person meetings to provide information about our programs, admission requirements, and application process

Admission Counseling: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assist students in exploring their academic interests, career goals, and program options

Admission Guidance: Provide personalized guidance to students and their families, addressing their questions and concerns and offering support throughout the admission process

Data Management: Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions data using the institute's LMS

Follow-up: Follow up with prospective students at various stages of the admission process to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure a smooth transition to enrollment

DM Tower, Janjeerwala Square, Indore

Office Timings

Monday to Saturday: 10:30AM to 7PM
