We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Senior Admission Counselor to manage the end-to-end student admission process. The role involves counselling prospective students and parents, driving enrolments, and ensuring a smooth and professional admission experience.

• Counsel prospective students and parents on academic programs, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities
• Handle walk-in enquiries, inbound/outbound calls, and digital leads effectively
• Conduct personalized counselling sessions to help students choose suitable courses
• Achieve and exceed admission and conversion targets
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and operations teams for seamless admissions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
• Build strong relationships with students and parents to improve satisfaction and retention

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline
• 4–5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education sales
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills
• Target-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
• High level of professionalism, responsibility, and accountability
