Senior Administrator - Wintel & Virtualization (WV1)

Role Responsibilities:

1. Administer and troubleshoot Windows, VMware, and HyperV systems.
2. Resolve issues and document the troubleshooting steps and outcomes.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SME and coordinate with third-party vendors.
4. Ensure process compliance, track SLAs, and prepare shift handover reports.

Job Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of clustering fundamentals and Windows NLB.
2. Hands-on experience in antivirus management and patching.
3. Proficient in scripting for task automation.
4. Familiar with VMware, Windows Server, and virtualization technologies.
