Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Administrator role located on-site in Coimbatore. The Senior Administrator will be responsible for offering comprehensive administrative and executive support to ensure smooth operations. Key responsibilities include managing schedules and calendars, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, organizing documentation, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support leadership efficiently.
• Experience in managing Expense Reports and offering robust Administrative Support.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, for coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with general administrative tools and practices.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail are highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an added advantage.
