Natus Sensory India are a leading manufacturer of medical devices and software for a range of solutions, including eight sensory nervous systems. Our mission is to improve patient outcomes in target markets through innovative screening, diagnostic and treatment solutions. We manufacture and distribute a range of medical device products used in the diagnosis of human disorders of sensory system and neural pathways.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator (68 years) to lead the end-to-end management, optimization, and governance of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ).

This role will own platform administration, configuration, automation, integrations coordination, and AI-driven enhancements to enable scalable, secure, and intelligent commercial operations. The Senior Admin will act as the primary platform owner, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, IT, and Leadership to ensure Salesforce drives revenue growth, pricing governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Administration

  • Own day-to-day administration of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud (CPQ).
  • Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security governance.
  • Maintain data integrity, data model optimization, and system health.
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and adoption.

Revenue Cloud / CPQ Management

  • Configure and maintain CPQ (products, price books, bundles, discount matrices, approval workflows).
  • Manage quote-to-cash processes including pricing logic, discount governance, and contract lifecycle.
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to align margin and pricing rules.
  • Support global price book updates and commercial policy enforcement.

Automation & Process Optimization

  • Design and manage Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and automation frameworks.
  • Improve sales productivity through intelligent workflows.
  • Identify automation opportunities across commercial lifecycle processes.

Integrations & Systems Coordination

  • Collaborate with IT on integrations with ERP, finance systems, BI platforms, and external tools.
  • Support API-based integrations and data synchronization.
  • Monitor integration performance and resolve system issues proactively.

AI & Analytics Enablement

  • Support implementation of AI capabilities such as predictive insights, Einstein features, automation bots, and generative AI assistants.
  • Partner with Data/BI teams to enable advanced reporting and commercial analytics.
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven decision support within Sales operations.

Governance & Best Practices

  • Establish Salesforce governance model, documentation standards, and release management processes.
  • Lead sandbox strategy, deployment management, and change control.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and data policies.
  • Mentor junior admins and support teams on Salesforce best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 68 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Proven experience managing Revenue Cloud / Salesforce CPQ in enterprise environments.
  • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle and commercial processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Salesforce security model
    • Data architecture & object relationships
    • Automation tools (Flows, Approval Processes)
  • Experience working with cross-functional global stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
  • CPQ Specialist Certification (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI tools such as Einstein, Copilot, or Azure AI integrations.
  • Experience in global, multi-entity or regulated industries (MedTech preferred).
  • Familiarity with API integrations, middleware, and data platforms.
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or system migrations.
