Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Ad Strategist to lead high-impact paid media initiatives for multiple high-value client accounts. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing, strong ownership of campaign execution, and the ability to translate business strategy into scalable, data-backed advertising outcomes.
You will act as a
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for paid media, work closely with senior consultants, and mentor junior team members while driving measurable growth across channels.

What You'll Do
First 30 Days Strategic Alignment & Onboarding
- Understand consulting-led performance marketing frameworks and campaign systems
- Learn how AI, automation, and analytics are integrated into campaign execution
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align on client goals and growth strategies
- Audit existing campaigns to identify quick wins and strategic gaps
- Contribute to planning discussions for active and upcoming accounts
Next 60 Days Ownership & Execution
- Own end-to-end paid media execution across assigned accounts
- Lead campaign planning and media buying with a cross-channel approach
- Implement advanced creative testing, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and bid strategies
- Apply automation and AI tools to proactively improve performance
- Mentor junior paid media executives and analysts
Beyond 90 Days Strategic Leadership & Innovation
- Lead paid media strategy for key accounts aligned to broader business objectives
- Develop scalable campaign playbooks, tracking systems, and reporting templates
- Launch full-funnel performance initiatives with creative and analytics teams
- Introduce new testing frameworks, platform innovations, and optimization ideas
- Contribute to the evolution of the paid media practice at scale
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 36 years of hands-on paid media experience, primarily on Facebook/Meta Ads
- Exposure to Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms
- Proven experience managing and scaling high-budget, complex campaigns
- Strong expertise in creative testing, audience targeting, bid management, and funnel optimization
- Solid understanding of tracking & measurement: GTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion APIs
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and implement optimizations
- Experience using marketing automation, AI tools, and light scripting/coding
- Excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal collaboration
- Ability to multitask across multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment
Additional Requirements
- Minimum 1.5 years of continuity in at least one organization (job stability is mandatory)
- No career gaps will be considered
- Freelancing experience should be less than 1 year and not in the last 2 years
- Strong educational background preferred
- Willingness to be flexible and available on weekends when required
Interview Process
- 45 interview rounds, including:
- At least one in-office round
- One assignment-based evaluation
- The final round will be conducted in person
