Job Description

We are seeking a sales professional with Ad-tech experience as a desirable bonus. This role will focus on identifying and securing new business, leads, and accounts for Indian clients. Additionally, the individual will be responsible for managing and nurturing these accounts, in collaboration with senior team members who will provide support and guidance for both deal closures and ongoing account servicing.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target the ideal client base, actively seeking new business opportunities both in India and globally, with no geographic limitations.
  • Engage prospects through cold calls, emails, social messaging, and video outreach to secure meetings.
  • Assess client needs and recommend relevant products/services.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals, organize product demos, and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients.
  • Continuously develop innovative strategies to engage decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Take full ownership of assigned revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Up to 3 years of sales experience in the Ad-tech domain, catering to domestic and international markets.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree; preference is given to candidates with a post-graduate or professional degree in Management or Communication.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the ad tech market is a plus.
  • Practical experience with various sales techniques.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting monthly quotas.
  • Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C-suite leaders.
