Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Ad Operations Specialist with a strong background in Display Advertising and Programmatic media buying. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with DSPs, Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and social marketing platforms, along with excellent command over Excel for campaign data analysis and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, manage, and optimize display advertising campaigns using DSP platforms.
- Work on Google Ads and Google Ads Editor to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors (ad networks, rich media vendors) to manage ad delivery and performance.
- Ensure campaign QA and troubleshooting across multiple platforms.
- Analyze and interpret campaign data using Excel functions (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IFERROR, Pivot Tables).
- Manage RTB/Programmatic media buying with a solid understanding of auction mechanics.
- Continuously improve processes and campaign delivery quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital advertising, with at least 2 years in Ad Operations.
- Strong understanding of the Display Advertising ecosystem, including Ad Networks, RTB, and Programmatic buying.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, and DSP platforms.
- Solid expertise in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IFERROR, and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with rich media vendors and social marketing platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience working in a fast-paced agency or digital media environment is a plus.
