We are seeking a Senior Accounts professional with 8-10 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will manage the accounts department, oversee financial reporting, and ensure compliance with all accounting regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounts department.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
