Hiring: Accounts Payable Customer Service Specialist | Pune

Location: Pune – Work from Office

Experience: 5+ years

CTC: Up to 12 LPA

Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM | Monday–Friday

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Must-Have Skills – Mandatory

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable / P2P experience
• SAP Concur experience – Mandatory
• Travel & Expense (T&E) experience – Mandatory
• Finance / Procurement Helpdesk experience – Mandatory
• Strong understanding of P2P / Accounts Payable processes
• Invoice processing, vendor management and query resolution
• Customer/vendor complaint and escalation handling
• Contact-centre calibre voice and accent
• Excellent English verbal and written communication
• Strong email writing and MIS/Excel skills
• Willingness to work from office 5 days a week for the first 6 months

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance or Business Administration

Selection Process: 1 round face-to-face interview at the Pune office
