Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Accounts Manager - CA Inter at our facility in Pune Division. The Senior Accounts Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards. Other responsibilities include monitoring financial transactions, preparing tax filings, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling financial statements, and supporting audits as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in general accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliation
- Knowledge of tax compliance and filing, as well as regulatory requirements
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- CA Inter qualification or equivalent
- Prior experience in managing audits and leading accounting teams
- Experience in the manufacturing or equipment industry is a plus
