Location: Mumbai. (Head Office) | Multi-Branch + Singapore Subsidiary Oversight

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts & Finance Officer to lead and manage the complete finance function of our growing manufacturing and import-export organization, with multiple offices across India and an independent subsidiary in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Consolidation

Oversee complete books of accounts for Head Office, manufacturing units, and multiple branches across India

Supervise financials of Singapore subsidiary in coordination with local accountants

Monthly, quarterly & annual financial closures

Inter-branch & inter-company reconciliations

Consolidated financial statement preparation

Fixed asset management & inventory valuation

Manufacturing & Cost Accounting

Product costing & cost sheet preparation

BOM validation & variance analysis

Overhead absorption & margin analysis

WIP & inventory reconciliation

Cost control and profitability analysis

ImportExport & International Trade Finance

Accounting for imports, exports & merchant trade

LC documentation review (UCP 600 compliance)

Handling Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG)

Packing Credit & export bill discounting

SWIFT / TT / Wire transfers

Documentary collections (DA/DP)

Forex accounting & hedging

RBI, FEMA & DGFT compliance

Banking & Treasury Management

Managing working capital limits, CC/OD accounts

Fund flow & cash flow planning

DP calculations & stock statements

Bank reconciliation (multi-branch)

Loan management & interest verification

Negotiation with banks for facilities

International remittance tracking

Taxation & Compliance

GST (multi-state compliance)

TDS & Income Tax compliance

Advance tax & corporate tax planning

ROC & MCA compliance

Coordination with auditors & consultants

Financial Planning & MIS

Budgeting & forecasting

Branch-wise and product-wise profitability

Cash flow projections

Financial ratio analysis

Board-level MIS & reporting

ERP & Systems

Hands-on experience in:

o ZOHO Books / ZOHO Finance Suite (preferred)

o Tally ERP / Tally Prime

Multi-location accounting setup

System automation & reporting dashboards

Qualifications & Experience

CA / CMA / M.Com (preferred)

815+ years of experience in manufacturing and import-export industry

Strong exposure to international banking & cross-border transactions

Experience handling multi-location accounting environments

Prior exposure to Singapore subsidiary operations will be an advantage
