Location: BKC, Mumbai (Work from Office Monday to Saturday)
Work Exposure: Belgium & Australia Offices
Salary Range: CTC: 810 LPA

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Professional to join a growing organization with international exposure. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with overseas offices (Belgium & Australia) while being based in Mumbai.
If you have strong expertise in full-cycle accounting, bookkeeping, MIS reporting, and advanced Excel skills this role is ideal for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping activities
- Handle general ledger, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and month-end closures
- Prepare accurate MIS reports and financial summaries
- Prepare and present Management Accounts
- Support financial planning and analysis activities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Coordinate with international stakeholders for financial reporting requirements
Candidate Requirements
- Educational background in Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting & bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and management accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Models, etc.)
- Experience in MIS reporting and financial analysis
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
