Senior Accounts Executive
Work Arrangement
3 days per week -Off-site posting (Location: Admiralty)
2 days perweek - Company Office (Location:Yio Chu Kang)
Role Overview
Your role will involve the review of full set of accounts, including work performed by our team of bookkeepers. In addition, you will also be allocated a permanent placement with a client to provide accounting services for 2 or 3 days a week depending on the workload. You will be reporting to the Manager.

Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of recent and continuous working experience in an out-sourcing function within corporate service providers or external audit firm.
- Degree in Accountancy, CASingapore, ACCA, CPA Australia or other equivalent professional qualifications.
- Well-versed with SFRS, IFRS
- Proficient in Xero/Autocount
- Meticulous, well-organised and able to work independently on-site
Scope of Work
- Physical filing and entering ofAP invoices, staff claims, corporate credit card expenses and petty cash.
- Preparing cash flow report.
- AP payment initiations.
- Yearly preparation of tax returns, financial statements and applicable annual return filings, includingXBRL filings.
- Monthly reporting, including EBITDA, schedules prepared and inventory reviews.
- Reviewing full sets of accounts prepared by the team.
- Reviewing jobs done by bookkeepers.
- Inputting and maintaining work papers created and managed by managers.
- Handle GST review and GST reconciliation
