Senior Accounts Executive - CA

Location: Ahmedabad

Experience: Fresher / 0-2 years post-qualification experience

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Employment Type: Full-time

Reporting To: Group Head Accountant

About The Role

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our Accounts team and work closely with the Group Head Accountant across accounting, taxation, financial reporting, reconciliations, and MIS for the Capital 8 Group.

The role will also involve supporting selected PMS (Portfolio Management Services) operations related to accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting. Training will be provided for PMS processes.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

Maintain and review accurate books of accounts across group entities.
Handle accounting entries, ledgers, journals, expenses, income, investments, and banking transactions in Tally.
Prepare and review bank, ledger, and financial reconciliations.
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual account closing.
Support preparation of financial statements, MIS, and management reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable tax compliances.
Assist with statutory audits, tax audits, and related documentation.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
Maintain proper supporting documents and ensure accounts are audit-ready.
