Job Description  

• Handle complete day-to-day accounting operations in Tally/ERP independently 
• Ensure accurate posting, classification, and reconciliation of all financial transactions 
• Manage vendor accounting including invoice verification, booking, and payment processing 
• Oversee accounts receivable, billing coordination, and collection follow-ups 
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, cash flow statements, and ledger reviews 
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities with minimal supervision 
• Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and coordination with consultants 
• Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data and analysis 
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and coordinate during internal/external audits 
• Supervise and guide junior accounts staff, if required 

Requirements: 

• B.Com / M.Com or equivalent 
• 5–7 years of relevant accounting experience 
• Strong hands-on experience in Tally/ERP systems 
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian taxation 
• Strong Excel skills (reconciliation, reports, analysis) 
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines 
• Prior experience in consultancy organisation / operations-based setup preferred
