We're Hiring: Senior Finance Executive

New Delhi (Hybrid) | Full-Time

At Accountables, we work with growing businesses across the UK and US, helping them build stronger finance functions through reliable reporting, robust financial controls, and strategic finance support.

We're looking for a Senior Finance Executive to join our team — a finance professional with strong technical expertise, a client-focused approach, and the ability to take ownership of financial reporting and delivery.

What You'll Do

• Lead accounting and financial reporting for a portfolio of UK and US clients.
• Review financial statements, management reports, and month-end deliverables.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure audit readiness.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee the quality of their work.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement automation.
• Work closely with founders, CFOs, and finance stakeholders to support business needs.
  

What We're Looking For

• Chartered Accountant qualified/semi qualified
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or controllership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with cloud accounting platforms and modern finance workflows.
• Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
  

Good to Have

Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Bill.com, Dext, Gusto, or Hubdoc, along with exposure to SaaS or eCommerce businesses, FP&A, budgeting, or forecasting.
