About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting & Payroll Specialist to manage accounting, payroll, invoicing, expense management, and financial operations for our US staffing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.

• Manage client invoicing and billing.

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Manage employee and consultant timesheets.

• Track and reconcile business expenses.

• Perform bank reconciliations and month-end financial closing.

• Generate payroll and financial reports.

• Maintain accounting records using QuickBooks.

• Ensure compliance with payroll and accounting policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of Accounting & Payroll experience.

• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.

• Experience with ADP or similar payroll software (Gusto, Paychex, Rippling, Xero).

• Payroll Processing.

• Invoicing & Billing.

• Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Expense Management.

• Timesheet Management.

• Bank Reconciliation.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the US Staffing or IT Consulting industry.

• Knowledge of US Payroll (W2, 1099, C2C).

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days are preferred.
