Akira Finance, the vital India arm of US-based Financial Solutions, Inc., is seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Accounting Manager to lead our nocturnal operations in Pune. This is not a standard bookkeeping role; you will be the cornerstone of our Quality Assurance and operational efficiency, ensuring impeccable standards for our demanding US client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous reviews of financial statements and client deliverables, proactively spotting errors and troubleshooting complex accounting issues.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead a team of junior and mid-level bookkeepers, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
- Process Optimization: Design, document, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth, scalable, and efficient bookkeeping operations across the firm.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs for new hires, ensuring consistent adherence to US accounting standards (GAAP knowledge is a plus).
- Client Management: Act as the escalation point for complex client queries, using exceptional English communication skills to maintain high client satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- Experienced Leader: 5–10 years in accounting, with proven experience in team management and review/audit functions.
- An Expert Troubleshooter: You have an eagle eye for detail and a knack for solving complex accounting puzzles.
- Process-Driven: You love creating order out of chaos and have experience documenting SOPs.
- Fluent Communicator: Impeccable written and spoken English is mandatory for client and management communication.
- Available: Committed to the 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST (Monday – Friday) IST in-office schedule.
