- Job Profile: Senior Accountant
- Location: Gurgaon
- Experience: 5+ Years
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA / CMA / CS (Inter dropouts can also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Inventory Accounting and Inventory Management records accurately.
- Strong working knowledge of Advanced Excel
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally or other accounting software (minimum 5 years of hands-on experience).
- Post and review Journal Entries related to-
- Expenses
- Purchases
- Prepaid expenses
- Provisions and accruals
- Manage Month-End Closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Handle Year-End Closing and coordinate with auditors.
- Manage GST compliances, including:
- GST returns
- GST Audit support
- GST Input Credit reconciliation
- Assist in and handle ROC compliances and related statutory formalities.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting as per accounting standards and company policies.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
