Operate, support and review the day-to-day accounting operations and processes for designated clients
Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions
Regular communication with the client through email and call.
Resolve routine Queries of team members in a timely manner.
Understanding process and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard operating Procedures) as and when required
Provide regular training to new/existing team members as and when required.
Perform day-to-day accounting job duties that include reviewing the accounting and financial reporting for the assigned clients.
Perform duties as per defined KRAs.
Preparing and delivering accurate month end financials.
Understanding business requirement of client and update/create the SOP document as and when required.
Daily update/review of timesheet for the task performed.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
Competence Requirements
Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Post-graduate in commerce or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience: Minimum two years of experience in F&A Outsourcing into Small and Midsize Accounting.
Flexible with the shift timings
Familiarity with leading accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Xero will be added advantage & ability to learn the new software and processes quickly
Sound Knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and Outlook.
Well conversant in Verbal and Written English Conversation
