Talent Requirement Document Senior Accountant - RTR (NA)
- Location: - Bangalore (Hybrid)
- Responsibilities: -
- Collaborative – Ability to work with others including, at times, the need to direct change where there is non-compliance with policy
- Accountable – Must be able to work independently and hold self and others to a high standard
- Agile – Will work within a reporting processthat requires one to hold a tight process timeline while maintaining high quality of work. Must also be able to transition from one task to
another with short notice as required.
- Qualification& Experience:
- Bachelor's degreein computer science,Information Systems, BusinessAnalytics, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in RTR.
- Strong US GAAP knowledge and ability to translate conceptto practice including interpretation of proposed transactions for compliance/appropriateness
- Journal processing
- Month end activities/tasks responsibility
- Fixed Assets accounting
- Accruals & provisions
- Financials preparation
- Inventory accounting, etc.,
- Consolidation reporting using HFM tool
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Familiarity with finance, procurement, and manufacturing processes, including budgeting, cost management, and supply chain optimization, to support business efficiency and
strategic decision-making is a plus.
- Strong written and verbalcommunication – abilityto communicate to all levels in the organization both within and outside of the accounting and finance function
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
