Role Description

This full-time, on-site role in Pune Division is for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will manage day-to-day financial activities, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities include handling tax filings, managing budgets, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and conducting financial audits. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and supporting decision-making processes through accurate and timely accounting data.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting knowledge, including experience with financial reporting, account reconciliation, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in tools/software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to financial data
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate financial documentation
• Familiarity with auditing practices and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA or CMA qualification preferred
