Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Handle finalization of accounts and coordinate with auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Maintain and review general ledger and trial balance.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures.
- Coordinate with departments for accurate expense tracking and reporting.
- Assist in financial analysis for decision-making and cost control.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- CA Inter/Final (preferred but not mandatory).
- 610 years of relevant accounting experience.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and income tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small finance team.
