Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting practices and principles, particularly within the real estate construction sector. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports. - Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial transactions. - Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and filing. - Process and manage Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and ensure timely payments. - Administer Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) contributions. - Prepare and submit challans for various tax obligations. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. - Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Farvision ERP and other accounting software. - Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESI regulations. - Excellent bank reconciliation skills. - Experience in the real estate construction industry is preferred. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
