Key Responsibilities
Finalisation of accounts for Private Limited Companies, LLPs, Partnership Firms, and other entities
Preparation and review of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, Notes to Accounts, and related schedules
Drafting and review of Audit Reports, Tax Audit Reports, GST Audit workings, financial statements, and related audit documentation
Independently handling Statutory Audits, Tax Audits, GST Audits, and related compliance assignments on an individual basis
Ensuring compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST laws, and other statutory requirements
Reviewing GST returns, TDS compliances, Income Tax filings, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory submissions
Conducting ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, variance analysis, and detailed review of books of accounts
Managing due diligence assignments, preparing observations, and identifying financial, tax, and compliance gaps
Coordinating with clients, resolving queries professionally, and ensuring timely completion of assignments
Leading, guiding, training, and reviewing the work of junior team members
Taking ownership of assignments, monitoring execution timelines, and ensuring quality control before final delivery
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of practical experience in a CA firm / audit firm is mandatory
Candidate's last working experience must be in a CA firm / audit firm
Strong experience in accounts finalisation, statutory audit, tax audit, GST audit, and statutory compliances
Ability to independently finalise books of accounts and prepare complete financial statements
Strong drafting skills for Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow Statement, Audit Report, Tax Audit Report, and related schedules
In-depth knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, and Professional Tax compliances
Must have team-leading ability, review skills, client coordination skills, and ownership mindset
