Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join our team in a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, overseeing tax compliance, and maintaining accurate records. The Senior Accountant will also assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Collaboration with internal teams and adherence to financial regulations will be critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting
• Experience in tax compliance, auditing, and regulatory reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting software and financial management tools
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification preferred)
• Previous experience in a senior accounting role is highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
