We're Hiring: Senior Accountant

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Are you an accounting professional with strong financial expertise, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to managing accounts We're looking for a Senior Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our Finance & Operations team.

Job Details

• Position: Senior Accountant

• Location: Dehradun

• Experience: 2–4 Years

• Salary: 25,000–45,000 per month

• Preferred Qualification: CA Intermediate / Semi-Qualified CA

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturday off

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and expense tracking.

2. Reconciliation

Perform regular bank and vendor reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.

3. Financial Reporting Support

Assist Finance Officers in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.

4. Compliance & Audits

Support statutory compliance tasks, GST filings, TDS, and internal audit preparations.

5. Team Collaboration

Coordinate smoothly within the 11-member Finance & Operations team to resolve discrepancies and flag financial bottlenecks promptly.

Eligibility & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com/BBA), or a related financial field.

CA Intermediate, Semi-Qualified CA, or equivalent professional qualifications will be strongly preferred.

Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in corporate accounting or an accounting firm.

• Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounting activities with minimal supervision.

Technical Skills

• Advanced MS Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic financial modelling.

• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, particularly Tally Prime.

Taxation & Compliance

• Sound working knowledge of Indian taxation, GST structures, TDS, and basic corporate compliance frameworks.
