We are a Singapore-based company offering outsourced accounting, ERP implementation, and financial services to clients across various regions. As we expand our remote team in India, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join us from Kerala (Thrissur / Mala).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including AR, AP, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local/international reporting requirements
- Assist with GST, PF, and other statutory filings
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients via email, calls, and reports
- Work with cloud-based accounting tools (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, Business Central)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 34 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Comfortable with cloud-based software and Microsoft Excel
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Candidates from Thrissur, Mala, or nearby regions preferred
- Candidates with relevant experience and skills will be considered for Assistant Finance Manager
