Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, located in Ghaziabad. The Senior Accountant will manage and oversee daily accounting operations, prepare financial statements, review and analyze financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Other responsibilities include monthly and annual closings, maintaining accurate records of transactions, coordinating with external auditors, and assisting the management team with budget preparation, cost analysis, and financial strategies.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and preparation of balance sheets
• Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with tax compliance, audit processes, and regulatory filings
• Keen attention to detail and excellent organizational and analytical abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
• Capability to manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; professional certifications such as CA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus
• Relevant experience in industries like energy, industrial materials, or related fields is advantageous
