Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant based in Patna. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, prepare and analyze financial statements, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and manage tax filings. They will handle budget planning, monitor cash flow, conduct bank reconciliations, and support audits.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting and financial reporting skills, including preparation of financial statements and bank reconciliations
• Proficiency in tax compliance, tax filings, and managing audits
• Experience with budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and mentor a team to achieve financial accuracy
• Prior experience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage
