Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Accountant role based on-site at our office in Kochi. The Senior Accountant will oversee financial operations, including preparing financial reports, managing budgets, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring cash flows, analyzing financial data, assisting with audits, and providing recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting practices, financial reporting, and budget management
• Experience with financial analysis and accounts reconciliation
• Strong knowledge of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar platforms
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and organizational capabilities
• Strong communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a structured environment with tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CA certification is a significant advantage)
• Experience in compliance and knowledge of financial regulations is preferred
