Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and internal audit requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Monitor and improve internal controls to enhance financial integrity.
- Handle payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
- Assist in financial planning, cash flow management, and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations.
Qualifications & Experiences:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
