Senior Accountant - Insurance Management

Key Deliverables:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP and company policies
• Lead accounting for insurance processes including premium reconciliation and claims
• Support month-end/quarter-end closes with accurate journal entries and variance analysis
• Assist in internal/external audits and compliance with financial standards

Role Responsibilities:

• Implement process improvements and best practices within accounting functions
• Provide financial insights on special projects and cross-functional initiatives
• Conduct research on evolving accounting standards including IFRS and GAAP
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting and accuracy
