Senior Accountant

Key Requirements:

• CA Inter OR ACCA Graduate preferred
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements
• Handle preparation of accounts including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Conduct regular book reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Generate and analyze MIS (Management Information System) reports for management decision-making
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and statutory regulations
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
• Identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
