Role Summary:
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting for both India and US entities, ensuring accurate financials, compliance, and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end and year-end close for India and US entities
- Handle GL accounting, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Ensure compliance with India GAAP, US GAAP, GST, TDS, and US federal/state requirements
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and external advisors
- Support payroll, AP/AR, and intercompany transactions
- Drive process improvements and maintain strong internal controls
Requirements:
- 58 years of accounting experience with India and US exposure
- Strong knowledge of India GAAP, US GAAP, and statutory compliances
- Experience with accounting systems (NetSuite/QuickBooks/SAP preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work across time zones
