Senior Accountant (Odoo ERP)

As we transition from Tally to Odoo ERP, we are looking for a Senior Accountant who can take ownership of our accounting function, ensure clean and reliable books, and bring structure to our financial operations.

This is not a back-office role. This is a control & ownership role.

What you'll own

• End-to-end accounting operations (Odoo + Tally)

• Monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure

• GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

• Balance sheet integrity & ledger scrutiny

• Cash flow tracking and working capital discipline

• Audit readiness (internal & external)

• Process building and documentation

• Supporting ERP migration and ensuring data accuracy

What we're looking for

• 4–7 years of hands-on accounting experience

• Strong command over Tally (mandatory)

• Experience with Odoo or any ERP (preferred)

• Proven experience in finalization of accounts

• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and compliance

• High ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told

• Strong Excel and reconciliation skills

• Experience in SME / manufacturing / trading setups preferred

• B.Com / M.Com (CA-Inter is a plus, not mandatory)
