Roles and Responsibilities :

Description:

The candidate will be responsible for managing the treasury profile. The profile includes liaison with the bankers and lender for managing the existing and new credit lines, ensure timely compliance of bank/ financials institutions covenants. This role will also require interactions an dialogue with other department/ stakeholders to complete their task primarily outside USA. He/She should have the ability to supply the required information quickly and accurately. Candidate should be self-motivated and go getter.

Responsibilities:

• Cash and liquidity management through weekly cash flow planning forecasting Fund Management across various countries
• Tracking of funds available at Group level for timely movement within group entities Management of the credit lines with the lender and Banks and set up of governance structure to manage compliances.
• Management of the covenants of the credit lines taken from Banks/financial institutions including the preparation of stock report, UFC certificates etc.,
• Conversion of foreign funds into local currency (INR/ SGD/ EURO/CAD/USD) Reviewing short term long-term funding needs, and work closely with Investor relations wrt any Financing activity (Loan/ Credit Lines/Pvt/ Public Equity etc) Availment of Currency forward contracts from the bankers Investment of idle funds as per Company investment policy Updating Maintenance of bank approval matrix as and when required Monthly preparation of schedules related to investment and security deposits Liaison with banker for issuing the Letter of credit, Advance bank guarantee

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working on Treasury management and in finance Candidate should have an exposure of working with Industry on foreign clients.
• Prior Experience on working with FIIs/ bank would be added advantage. Working in Multinational Start. Up culture and manging investor funds would be preferred .
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT skills, Good verbal and written business English communication skills, Net Suite/
• Ability to adapt and redirect priorities and goals in response to changes in business requirements, Collaboration
• Ability to coordinate across functions with Customers, Accounts, Banking team to address issues and optimise his/her and their team performance.
