We're looking for a dedicated US Accountant to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Accountant with 5-7 years of hands-on experience in US accounting practices. The ideal candidate should be proficient in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop), possess a strong understanding of GAAP, and be capable of managing multiple client accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for US-based clients
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and bank reconciliations
- Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
- Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, payroll, and taxes
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Ensure compliance with US accounting standards and tax regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of financial reports
- Utilize QuickBooks and other relevant tools for bookkeeping and accounting
- Respond to client queries and provide financial insights as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- years of relevant experience in US accounting and financial services
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online & Desktop) is a must
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IRS regulations
- Experience with accounting tools and cloud-based platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Work Environment:

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
