Senior Accountant

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Accountant, based in Bengaluru. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing general ledger accounting, preparing financial statements, conducting variance analysis, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. Additional responsibilities include assisting with audit processes, supervising junior accounting staff, and contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial performance and reporting.

• Strong financial accounting and reporting skills, including proficiency in general ledger management and preparation of financial statements.
• Experience with auditing, variance analysis, and compliance with international accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficiency in financial software such as ERP systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-departmental teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a CPA or CA certification is highly desirable.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
