Senior Accountant

Role Description The Senior Accountant role at FlexiFunds is a full-time, on-site position based in Faridabad. The person in this role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining general ledgers, preparing journal entries, reconciling bank and account statements, and ensuring accuracy of financial records. Responsibilities include preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and monitoring cash flow and expense management. The Senior Accountant will ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls, and will coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders as needed. This role also involves analyzing financial data to provide insights for management decisions, improving accounting processes, and supporting the implementation of financial systems and tools.
