This role combines hands-on accounting with the opportunity to introduce smarter systems and processes that support our global growth.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and monthly reporting.
- Develop and implement templates and processes to streamline finance operations.
- Support project costing, management accounts, cash flow, and budget tracking.
- Prepare financial models and analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Leverage Excel and digital tools, including AI-driven solutions, to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
- 58 years experience in accounting and financial analysis.
- Experience in the construction/design industry preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modelling, macros).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end accounts processes.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across international teams.
- Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
