WE'RE HIRING | Senior Accountant

FabConnect is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join a fast-growing e-commerce startup.

Location: World Trade Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore

Experience: 4–7 Years

Salary: 45,000 – 50,000 per month

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Finance Degree (CA Inter/CA preferred)

Industry Preference: E-commerce / Startup Environment

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, reconciliations, and General Ledger

Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements

Coordinate with internal and external auditors

Handle vendor and customer account reconciliations

Implement and monitor financial controls, policies, and processes

Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Analyze financial data and provide actionable business insights

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations and Logistics

What We're Looking For:

Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, and Compliance

Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software

Advanced Excel and MIS Reporting skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
