Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter

Budget: 50,000 – 75,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with strong experience in the Real Estate / Construction industry.

The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting, taxation, statutory compliances, litigation handling, financial finalization, and RERA-related compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Handle complete accounting operations.
• Manage year-end account finalization.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statements and MIS Reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal and tax audits.
  
  

GST Compliance & Litigation

• Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including return filing and reconciliation.
• Verify Input Tax Credit (ITC).
• Handle GST assessments, notices, departmental queries and litigation matters.
  
  

Income Tax & TDS

• Ensure timely deduction and filing of TDS returns.
• Prepare and review Income Tax workings and compliance documents.
• Handle Income Tax notices, scrutiny assessments and litigation matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable direct tax regulations.
  
  

RERA Compliance

• Coordinate filing of quarterly and annual RERA reports and certifications.
• Ensure project-wise financial and statutory compliance under RERA regulations.
